What began as a creative studio capturing the built environment has evolved into a full-scale marketing group dedicated to helping brands within construction, manufacturing, and design grow their online presence through strategy, storytelling, and smart execution.


The Timeline

2010
The Launch of Biztour, The UK’s Leading 360 Virtual Tour Agency

Our journey started with Biztour, one of the UK’s first 360° virtual tour agencies. Partnering with Google as early adopters of their “Google Trusted Photographer” programme, we helped businesses across the country showcase their spaces online for the very first time.

This experience sparked something bigger: an understanding of how visibility drives opportunity. It laid the foundations for what would eventually become Cornerstone.


2013
The Architectural Photography Journey Begins

As our creative work expanded, so did our focus. Working with major names such as Derwent London, Equitone, Oktra, Bluebook, and the English National Ballet, we began to see a gap: exceptional design and construction brands were doing brilliant work, but weren’t showing it off effectively.

That insight pushed us beyond photography. We began helping clients connect the dots between visuals, storytelling, and strategy, ensuring their work not only looked great, but reached the right audience.


2019
Digital Growth Through Local Territory

With years of SEO, web design, and brand experience under our belt, we launched Local Territory, a digital marketing agency built to help UK businesses attract more leads and sales online.

Through refined SEO and conversion-focused design, our clients achieved measurable growth. It was here our team developed a deep understanding of what makes digital marketing work, not just in theory, but in the real world.
